Mission & Beliefs
Our Mission
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son…” – John 3:16
“Train up a child in the way he should go…” – Proverbs 22:6
Our Mission at Harvest Christian School is to deliver a superior “quality-of” Christian education that supports the development of the child’s total needs: academic, spiritual, physical, emotional, and social.
Our Purpose
Restore Christ’s presence in the classroom- Jesus said, “Suffer the little children to come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” Matt. 19:14, Without Him, we can do nothing. Children have a hunger for Jesus and are eager to learn.
Welcome the Holy Spirit as the Anointed Teacher
Promote reverence for God
Teach the knowledge of Jesus Christ
To help shape the character of the student to become a (living epistle) true disciple of Christ.
Provide a high-quality education in a Godly environment
Our Philosophy
Harvest Christian School is Christ-centered and committed to leading students into a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our goal is to bring Jesus back into the classroom through academic excellence and spiritual growth.
We believe each child should develop their God-given gifts in a loving, interactive environment that fosters a love for Jesus, a healthy self-image, and care for others. Teachers are responsible for creating opportunities that promote development across all areas.
HCS is an equal opportunity institution and does not discriminate based on sex, race, color, age, or national origin.
